Conjectural scene representing the signing, with the various members of Congress seated, standing, or preparing to sign the document. Below is a key to the figures and facsimiles of their signatures. Printed in sepia. Same design as 1963-185, although printed from a different roller. 1954-144 has finer engraved detailing.
